How about having GPS, Address, and Settings at the bottom at all times? That seems to be a model that a lot of applications follow. If you can't do that, I'd suggest moving the Home icon to the left... it's a bit odd having it in the middle. Refresh on the GPS screen would be good in the top-left as an icon.
