ABC Tweets Twitter

Last night on ABC News with Charlie Gibson they did a piece on Twitter.com. It was a pretty good piece but did they get it all wrong? They marketed the whole twitter service as a customer service platform. Yes it can be used as that since there are some companies that are responding to customer problems but I don’t think that 2% of the poople at using it that way. The video was fine; the only laughable part was that they called the lady a “Twitter Customer”. This was more of a story on companies protecting their brand, rather than about Twitter.
By the way, you have a typo… “poople”.
