After talking to this poor young girl who is probably making $5.00 and hour who's job is to contact all the irate customers who have not recieved their orders, I told her that if I didn't recieve my money back or the merchandise that I was going to take legal action. And I asked who was her boss. She said, "would you like to talk to him". "You bet". This young kid boy voice gets on the phone, will not introduce himself and starts with a long drawn out story about how he can see that I called twice and left 2 e-mails but he has no message from me. ARE YOU KIDDING! He is the worst business person I have ever met, he is a LIAR, he is a THIEF You made a big mistake when you took my money and have not delivered the product. The way you treated me and talked to me on the phone the war has started. Hold on to your hat MICHAEL because unlike you I deal with people like you the legal way and you and your business are going DOWN! I too was scammed. Tell him that you have filed a complaint with the BBB and if you paid by credit you may want to file a fraud alert. The bank will give you your money back and when you get the shirts just call the bank back.
