This is an old story but if you haven’t seen this check it out. I lived in DC for about a year and I’m not surprised at all. My friend Justin moved to DC a couple months back and he had a hard time adjusting.   I remember him telling me on his way to work no one looked anyone in the eyes and said hello or good morning. That’s DC but it’s still the best place to live!
