Yesterday a neighbor shot and killed his neighbors dog with a .22 because it kept jumping the fence and coming into his yard. He said he was just trying to protect his cat’s safety. Florida Animal Control was called and the dogs owner was ticketed for failure to keep a dog on their property. The guy who shot the dog was not ticketed. This is a great American Florida Story.
