Correct me if I am wrong, but I am 90% sure I have seen Charles Rangel on television stating that the Bush Administration was going to have to pull from the Draft and that would be a bad idea. I thought that the Democrats where against the draft and the war? Well then why did I find an article on the Washington Post that is entitled “Rep. Rangel Will Seek to Reinstate Draft.” Even if my previous statements in this post are wrong don’t you fill out a draft card when you get it sent to you on your 18th birthday? What needs to be reinstated? Here is another idea (talk happened between Jen and I on a beach walk). Why don’t we take all those people that are here illegally and have the serve in the military for 4 years! If they want to be in this country so bad show that you want to be with us and not against us! Haven’t thought much about how this would work but I am sure the comments will start pouring in on how this is not a good idea.
