Facebook Follies

I couldn’t sum up my thoughts on the facebook as good as Kevin Lim did. His post on the privacy of the news feeds in facebook is excellent. I agree with everything that states in this article. I haven’t seen many posts about why the news feeds are good and was thinking about it as a post today. However, now I don’t have to since someone already did.

Nothing compels you to do something anymore than frustration. I was tired about the “lack of privacy” they students complained about, when there was really none to begin with. I guess they prefer to “not realize” this.

Do first, think later. The worst type of behavior, especially when you are putting sensitive information out on the internet, a public domain in itself. Good article Kevin.
