Mix it, Blend it, Drink it, Make Another…

Our first kitchen appliance! We have purchased a Hamilton Beach Intrigue Blue Blender, and it’s awesome. Our blender straight from the HSN warehouse (with a discount of course) arrived at our condo yesterday. The color is awesome and it’s really nice. Lots of room to mix lots of drinks, in fact its 48oz Glass Jar, with stainless steel ice crushing blades, comes with a two speed dial and pulse knob. It’s fantastic. Last night we made our first drink, a Pina Colada. We used the recipe of 2 parts coconut rum, 1 can of pineapple juice (click link for can size), 2 parts coconut milk, and ice. We have been searching for some good recipes and I think I have found some on the Hamilton beach website. If you know of any good ones please comment. For now it’s drink time!
