New to the Reading List

Naked Conv.I have added two new books to the reading list. Today I decided to go out to Barnes and Nobles and grab these two hot titles. The first one is called Naked Converstations by Robert Scoble and Shel Israel. It’s funny becuase when I went to the counter to ask where I could find the location of the book she was Supprised that it was in the business marketing section. The book is mainly about how blogs change the way businesses talk with there customers. The second book that I picked up was a new title out on the market for CSS. CSS MasteryCSS Mastery: Advanced Web Statndards Solutions is a new book by Andy Budd that shows the reader the latest CSS tips, tricks, and techniques of web development.  There are some very well known co-authors that are lsited on this book too, such as Cameron Moll and Simon Collison.  Oh yeah Molly has a quote on the front of the cover.

Missing in New Orleans

MissingToday when I logged into my blog I first go to check my comments to see if there are any waiting for approval.  Months ago I posted about Mayor Nagin and his Chocolate comments.  Well waiting in the approval queue was a comment to Mr Nagin.  Now I’m not sure if this is spam or not.  Read this and seee what you think.

I am looking for my friend Pat Heno. That is her maiden name. She worked at Cox Cable for years. I believe when you were working there. She went to work for you at your office when you became mayor. Oh Canada!

CanadaWhat’s that Hockey Canada saying? “Relax, it’s just a game.” I don’t think so. Not this time. This result is an epic disaster.

It is a colossal failure. Any time a group of athletes like this have a maple leaf on their sweater and they go into an Olympic tournament and get knocked out in the quarter finals, get shut out on three occasions, and had 37 minutes of power plays during which they failed to score in those three shutout losses, that is an epic disaster. – Bob McKenzie

New Improvements to Gmail

GmailGoogle has released a great new feature in gmail, and now I can say that I can manage all my email accounts through gmail.  This new feature adds something new to something old.  About, im not sure how long ago gmail allowed you to set up multiple email accounts from different domains that all route through your default gmail account.  The only problem with this was that when you went to reply to a message that wasn’t from @gmail.com the from address that I appended to it was your gmail address. Now Google has added the new feature to allow you to reply from the same address the message was sent to.  This is so awesome.  When I saw this I went and set up my other email accounts through Google.  It’s easy, try it out!
