In my previous post about the good old Clinton’s I posted something about Mayor Ray Nagin and how he said New Orleans will become a chocolate city again. Well a reporter has asked him what he meant about his previous statement. If this doesn’t explain what pulling something out of your ass is then I don’t know what is.
